About Me

My core values are rooted in education, client-centered care, and providing an individualized experience. I am also deeply committed to advancing my own knowledge, ensuring you receive the most informed and effective care.

My approach is unique, influenced by my training at Northwest Noetic School of Massage, where I learned from structural integrationists and Canadian osteopaths. This background has allowed me to develop a distinctive blend of stretching, active engagement, and trigger point therapy. Be prepared to actively participate in your sessions – you'll be moving your body to promote profound change and lasting relief.

My journey into massage therapy began in childhood with a natural fascination for anatomy. I was the "family massage therapist" as a kid, and their encouragement, along with my genuine desire to help people, led me to pursue this path professionally. After 13 years, what I love most about my work is the constant opportunity to learn something new every day and the profound satisfaction of watching people's bodies and habits change for the better.

Outside of my practice, music is a big part of my life; I've been playing the bass for 22 years and am classically trained. You can often find me on stage with my soul band, "Left Over Soul." I'm also a passionate board game enthusiast, attending the Dice Tower West convention regularly. When I'm not immersed in music or games, my wife, daughter, and I love to watch movies and spend quality time together out in the wild.
